Would you like to keep bees in your backyard? What’s involved? How does urban beekeeping improve crop yields in your own veggie patch?
Elliott Hanley proves you’re never too young to become a beekeeper, as he charts his journey from high school student to honey producer and the owner of a thriving online business – Bellzzys Bees.
Elliott’s interest in bees began five years ago in high school via an agriculture course. He’ll talk about the importance of sustainability in beekeeping; how your plant choices affect the macro biome that helps both native and honeybees, and more.
RSVP by 14 November to [email protected] to reserve your place at our Bondi table. Location will be emailed prior to the event. We look forward to your company.
